Why small developer utilities still deserve a place on the web
Developers repeatedly run into small tasks: formatting JSON, checking a value, or working with a URL. These jobs are often too small to justify installing a full application, yet still interrupt the task at hand.
Browser-based utilities are useful because they are immediately available and do not need an installation step.
I've been building Orbilyra around that idea: a free collection of browser-based developer tools for everyday tasks. One concrete example is its JSON Formatter: https://orbilyra.com/tools/json-formatter
Orbilyra is available at https://orbilyra.com. What small browser-based developer utilities do you return to often enough that you would want them in one place?
