| Hey everyone, I just shipped a website redesign for a client who had a very outdated 6 page wix website. Not only was the deisgn outdated, but the page speed score was a 75 (not toooo bad). He reached out to me because he wanted a redesign and wanted to try and capture more traffic from the city and smaller nearby towns he was based out of (Chico, Calirofnria) after some national competitors came into the market a few years ago. His website got a big improvement - we went from an slower and outdated wix 6 pager to a fast 28 page custom website. Here's the stack that I used: - Figma for design - Astro with Content Collections (local markdown, no headless CMS, I kept it simple since the client isn't editing content themselves. In the future I could just easily wire up Sanity if I need to) - Tailwind - I deployed and host it on Cloudflare Workers Y'all can check out the new site here: https://ihaulitdumpruns.com/ Thanks for the read !
