Help! Trademark Infringement on my [GovernmentName] domain

Context :

I am a computer science student with a personal website at ( https://www.christofle.dev/ )

My legal government name is 'Christofle Tjhai' at birth. I registered christofle.dev a few months back to serve as my personal website, fast forward one week after I actually developed my website, I got this on my gmail.

Looking for advice. Should I stand my ground or hand it over?

IIRC trademarks are filed under categorizations, this french company sells luxury silverware, while my website is completely unrelated to it, serving as my personal website as a software developer.
